Spreading Care from Plaids for Pops

This week, a student-led organization from the University of Cincinnati, Plaids for Pops, come to the Veranda Gardens to hand out blankets to out memory care residents.

Plaids for Pops is a passionate team that gives to those who suffer from Alzheimer's and Dementia through charitable actions.

Their mission is not to only raise awareness but to bring a sense of comfort and love to patients in Memory care units.

Their passion stems from the owner and president of Plaids for Pops story of her grandpa and his battle with Dementia and then Alzheimer's

Plaid for Pops organization accepts donations of pre-made blankets as well as monetary donations!
